These terms govern your use of the service operated by Roarvia Private Limited ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
The service is an online resource related to preparation for postgraduate medical entrance examinations in India. Features and functionality may change from time to time.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- You must be eligible to take the Indian postgraduate medical entrance examination or equivalent.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.
3. Your account
- You sign in via a one-time link delivered to your email. Keep your email account secure.
- Accounts are personal. Do not share your account or credentials.
- You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
4. Subscription
- Price: as published on the service, in Indian Rupees, inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Renewal: subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Cancellation: you may cancel any time from your account. You retain access until the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds: refunds are handled in accordance with our Refunds and Cancellation Policy.
- Payment processing: payments are processed by our payment partner (Razorpay), subject to that partner's terms.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Copy, reproduce, scrape, redistribute, sell, or otherwise exploit any content, software, or data made available through the service.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source, methods, or internal structure of the service.
- Share, transfer, or resell your account, credentials, or access.
- Use the service for any purpose other than your own personal preparation.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or other users' accounts.
6. Disclaimers
- We do not guarantee any specific examination rank, score, or outcome. Performance depends on many factors beyond any single preparation tool.
- The service is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.
- We work to keep content accurate, but content may contain errors. You can report issues through the feedback channels in the service.
- The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
7. Intellectual property
All content, software, features, branding, and other materials made available through the service are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the service for your own preparation. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount paid by you to us in the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of opportunity, loss of data, or examination outcomes.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the service in a manner that harms other users or the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in India.
